Fingers crossed

I have just entered a painting into the 166th open annual exhibition at the Royal West of England Academy in Bristol. Submission is online for the initial selection before taking the actual work to Bristol if one gets through the first round. So fingers are crossed, especially since this is the first time I have entered a apainting into the show.

The rooms at the Royal West of England Academy are amongst the most beautifully proportioned and lit spaces for art and I look forward to seeing my work there. Have to wait till the end of August to see how I do in the first round, and then nearly another month before hearing about getting through the next round - or not. I keep you posted about how well I do.

All ready for Cheltenham exhibition
